Shipping Costs

Please be advised that for all US and International Purchases Love & Greed is not responsible for any Cross – Border fees (Customs/ Duties etc.) which may be incurred.

Any additional fees after an order has left Love & Greed are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Taxes

Orders placed within Ontario will be subject to a sales tax of 13% (HST). All other orders within Canada will be subject to the tax rate of the province of the shipping address.

Methods and Disclosure

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Love & Greed, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from Love & Greed, you are responsible for the original shipping charge to you, and the cost of returning the package to Love & Greed. This amount will be subtracted from your store credit.

Please be aware that all store credit amounts will be calculated minus the original ship charge that was initially a courtesy from us.

What is our Return Policy for online orders?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a store credit but you must first request authorization to do so. Returns for store credit and exchanges are accepted on regular priced merchandise only, within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without shipping labels on the shoe box. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.

How do I make a return for store credit or exchange?

Simply email us at info@shoplovegreed.com and explain the reason why you would like to return for store credit of your purchase. We will then issue you a return authorization. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope (ideally the original package would be sufficient), and send back to us using an insured service to the return address. Insuring the package will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. We are not responsible for missing packages. Returns for store credit should be sent prepaid. We will not accept COD’s.

Processing of Returns for Store Credit

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Love & Greed has the right to deny store credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Exchanges/store credit are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive an email notification for store credits.

Can I Return or Exchange an item purchased online to the Love & Greed retail store?

Yes, you can return for store credit or exchange any item you bought on the site to our brick and mortar store. As long as it is within 14 days of the receiving date and the sales receipt is present.

Lost or Damaged Items.

Love & Greed is not responsible for items damaged or lost by any courier service it utilizes. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping company and Love & Greed regarding lost or damaged packages. Love & Greed insures all items sent out for the appropriate value, however items purchased from Love & Greed are done so at the customer’s risk.
